Amniotic fluid enables the baby to float in the sac but lack of it can lead to the baby lie in the uterus. Dehydration can lead to premature birth of the baby.

Consume water and avoid the dehydration crisis. Water, herbal tea, and decaffeinated coffee can be preferred in order to combat the lack of water.
