When a menstrual cycle is not normal and regular, it is a disorder. Every woman’s body is different in own rhythm of menstrual cycle. Variations in menstrual cycle are perfectly natural. Preventions:

  • Consume iron rich foods such as green leafy vegetables, dairy products, lean meat, eggs, almonds.
  • As stress is also one of the important causes for irregularities, maintain healthy relationships with your partner and family. Cut yourselves from the world and try to relax.
